As a landmark landscape of Dali, Erhai Lake forms a natural painting with its crystal-clear waters and rolling mountain views. Team members carried out a cycling activity along the lake, cooperating with each other and adjusting riding rhythm. While maintaining the neat progress of the team, we not only exercised our collaborative skills but also relaxed our minds and bodies amid the gentle breeze and lake scenery. The cycling activity integrates the concept of team collaboration into the natural experience, adding pragmatic communication to the relaxed atmosphere.

In Xizhou Ancient Town: Embracing Cultural Heritage
喜洲古镇，感悟文化传承
Walking into Xizhou Ancient Town, the traditional residences with gray tiles and white walls greet us with a strong aroma of Bai ethnic culture. Team members carry out cultural exploration activities in the town, gaining an in-depth understanding of the local cultural inheritance through visiting Bai ethnic residential complexes, listening to stories, and experiencing the intangible cultural heritage of tie-dyeing. In this cultural resonance, everyone deeply feels the importance of “inheritance” and “collaboration,” allowing team tacit understanding to quietly grow amid cultural immersion.
走进喜洲古镇，青瓦白墙的传统民居让浓厚的白族文化气息扑面而来。团队成员在古镇内开展文化探访活动，通过参观白族民居建筑群、聆听和体验非遗扎染，深入了解当地文化传承的历程。在文化共鸣中，大家更深刻体会到 “传承” 与 “协作” 的重要性，让团队默契在文化浸润中悄然升温。
In Shaxi Ancient Town: Rekindling Original Aspirations and Missions

As a vital post on the Ancient Tea Horse Road, Shaxi Ancient Town preserves numerous architectural and commercial relics from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Team members explored the Caravan Culture Exhibition Hall along the ancient streets, feeling the weight of history amid stone-paved roads and the old stage. The stories of caravans “weathering storms together” deepened everyone’s understanding of the power of collaborative perseverance, making the team’s original aspiration grow firmer in the echoes of history.
沙溪古镇作为茶马古道上的重要驿站，保留了众多明清时期的建筑与商贸遗迹。团队成员沿古街探访马帮文化陈列馆，在石板路与古戏台间感受历史的厚重。马帮 “风雨同舟” 的故事，让大家更懂协作坚守的力量，团队初心在历史回响中愈发坚定。
Through a richly arranged itinerary, this Dali team-building activity seamlessly integrated natural experiences, cultural learning, and team development. During the tour, team members deepened their understanding of one another, and through interactions, they strengthened their collaboration, fully demonstrating a positive, united, and forging-ahead spirit. Moving forward, all employees will take this activity as an opportunity to transform the strength accumulated during the team building into work motivation, and with closer collaboration and a more pragmatic work style, jointly drive the company toward high-quality development.
